Every person is different. Every one of my clients has a unique situation. I can't tell you what a "typical" result would be.

The concepts I teach are proven strategies with scientifically verified elements that have helped many of the world's most successful people achieve success as they define it.

But that is not a guarantee that everybody who learns these success principles will actually do well.

I do not know how much people will actually achieve by implementing them.

It is even likely that some people will not see any improvement in their lives at all, especially when they fall to the back of their heels and don't push as hard as they should or could or as much as their family and team really need them.

Also, this program is intended to help you succeed beyond standard norms, consistently over the long term, while maintaining well-being and positive relationships. It is NOT a "business opportunity".

In some coaching sessions, I'll be teaching how to advertise, market, and sell to attract customers. Most campaigns almost NEVER work at first. They usually require tweaking and adjustment.

For someone expecting a "Hail Mary" or something ...this is unquestioningly NOT it.

Those who are not committed to putting in hard WORK, COMMITMENT, and most importantly, PERSEVERANCE, are advised to pass on this.

PAYMENT

• Pay as agreed.
• Late or missed payments can lead to service suspension or termination.
• Rockant, Inc. can charge the credit card on file for due amounts.

ACCESS TO MATERIALS

• An active subscription is needed to access content.
• Don't share or distribute our materials.

CANCELLATION & TERMINATION PROCEDURES

After your initial payment, you'll enter a subscription as outlined on your sign-up page.

1. Termination by You:
   
   1. You can cancel your subscription at any time with a 30-day notice.
2. Method of Termination:
1. All termination requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].
2. Upon receipt, an acknowledgment will be sent with further instructions or confirmation of the termination process.
3. Termination by Rockant, Inc.:
1. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if you violate any of the terms specified in this agreement, including causing disruptions or breaching confidentiality terms.

COACHING SESSIONS

• Coaches can change.
• Sessions are online at pre-decided times.
• Missed live calls may be recorded and shared.
• Session times can change.

MEDIA USAGE

• Group sessions are recorded. By joining, you allow Rockant, Inc. to use your voice and image for educational and promotional purposes.
• By participating in the group sessions, you grant Rockant, Inc. the rights to your image, in video or still, and the likeness and sound of your voice as recorded on audio or video.
• You acknowledge that your image and voice may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears.

• The recorded material may be used in diverse educational and promotional settings, including but not limited to presentations, courses, online videos, media, and press releases.
• The rights granted herein are perpetual and applicable globally. However, if you wish to request the removal of your data after a certain period, please contact Rockant, Inc. to discuss potential accommodations.
• Rockant, Inc. commits to protecting your personal data and will not use your likeness for malicious or defamatory purposes. If you believe your image or voice is being used inappropriately, please contact us to address your concerns.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Our content remains ours. Don't share or copy.
• All content provided by Rockant, Inc., including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, audio recordings, videos, and other materials, is the exclusive property of Rockant, Inc. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other relevant intellectual property laws.
• You are expressly prohibited from copying, reproducing, sharing, distributing, publishing, or using our content in any manner not expressly permitted by this agreement without our prior written consent.
• Any unauthorized use of Rockant, Inc.'s content may result in legal action, including, but not limited to, financial penalties or termination of your access to our services.

WHITE-LABELING AND USE OF CONTENT

• You are granted the right to white-label Rockant's worksheets. However, Rockant's copyright notices and trademarks must remain visible and unaltered on all such materials.
• Any third-party content provided or made accessible by Rockant is exempt from this permission. You are strictly prohibited from using or white-labeling any content owned by third parties.
• While the above conditions generally apply, Rockant, Inc. may occasionally allow exceptions under unique circumstances. To pursue such an exception, subscribers must obtain explicit written approval from Rockant, Inc.

CONFIDENTIALITY

• Both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared between them.
• This obligation persists unless disclosure is mandated by law, a court order, or other legal processes.
• For clarity, "information" includes but is not limited to written, verbal, and electronic communications.
• The duty to maintain confidentiality will remain in effect indefinitely unless both parties agree in writing to an alternative arrangement.

WARRANTIES & MODIFICATIONS

• The services are provided "as is" without any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• For any agreement changes, both parties need to agree via email.

ASSIGNMENT

• Don't transfer this agreement without our okay.

INDEMNIFICATION

• Protect us from any harm due to your actions during coaching.
• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Rockant, Inc. harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your actions during the coaching sessions.
• Legal issues from our coaching? You handle them.
• Should any legal issues arise directly from our coaching services provided to you, you agree to assume full responsibility, including all associated costs and efforts to resolve them.

SEVERABILITY

• If a part of this isn't legally right, the rest still works.

DISPUTES

• Let's mediate disputes first. If unresolved, arbitration in Austin, Texas, under Texas law.
